In the district of Banyuwangi home industry or small industry is growing and developing rapidly. Banyuwangi has home industry centers, one of which is in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the business ethics in buying and selling transactions at tofu home industry in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency in terms of Islamic Business Ethics. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study research type. As for this study using primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique used in this study is an interactive model. Home industry knows that Mr. Masduki and Mr. Mukhlis in Bagorejo Village, Srono District, Banyuwangi Regency have fully implemented Islamic Business Ethics. Because it is in accordance with the principles of unity, balance, free will, responsibility, and truth, virtue, and honesty. In contrast to home industry tofu, Mr. Habib Hasan, who is still unable to carry out Islamic Business Ethics. Due to having violated the principles of unity, balance and honesty, because Mr. Habib is still reducing the quantity of goods and hoarding merchandise before selling. It is better for tofu home industry traders to always uphold Islamic religious values. because with Islamic Business Ethics it will benefit all parties, both traders and consumer

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Environment and Individual Characteristics of Employee Performance (case at Hotel RatuMayang Garden Pekanbaru). Work Environment as variable (X1) Individual Characteristics as variable (X2) and Performance as (Y).The method in this research is descriptive and quantitative by using SPSS 20 program. The sample used is 92 employees consisting of 10 departments. To determine the sample using census research method.Technique of collecting data through questionnaire.The results of analysis using multiple linear regression, t test, and test f. It can be seen that work environment variables significantly influence employee performance, characteristic have an effect on signifikan to employee performance, and work environment and characteristic of individual have significant effect to employee performance

Cosmological scenarios from multiquintessence

In this work we derive and analyse cosmological scenarios coming from multi-component scalar field models. We consider a direct sum of a sine-Gordon with a Z2 model, and also a combination of those with a BNRT model. Moreover, we work with a modified version of the BNRT model, which breaks the Z2 x Z2 symmetry of the original BNRT potential, coupled with the sine-Gordon and with the standard Z2 models. We show that our approach can be straightforwardly elevated to $N$ fields. All the computations are made analytically and some parameters restriction is put forward in order to get in touch with complete and realistic cosmological scenarios

What makes re-finding information difficult? A study of email re-finding

Re-nding information that has been seen or accessed before is a task which can be relatively straight-forward, but often it can be extremely challenging, time-consuming and frustrating. Little is known, however, about what makes one re-finding task harder or easier than another. We performed a user study to learn about the contextual factors that influence users' perception of task diculty in the context of re-finding email messages. 21 participants were issued re-nding tasks to perform on their own personal collections. The participants' responses to questions about the tasks combined with demographic data and collection statistics for the experimental population provide a rich basis to investigate the variables that can influence the perception of diculty. A logistic regression model was developed to examine the relationships be- tween variables and determine whether any factors were associated with perceived task diculty. The model reveals strong relationships between diculty and the time lapsed since a message was read, remembering when the sought-after email was sent, remembering other recipients of the email, the experience of the user and the user's ling strategy. We discuss what these findings mean for the design of re-nding interfaces and future re-finding research

Maro Pengolahan Sawah Dalam Perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Islam

This research aims to find out how the practice of collaborating with rice processing in the Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi, and knowing how to practice the cooperation with processing of maro in The Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi the perspective of Islamic economic law. The type used in this study is descriptive analysis, which describes the data that researchers collect both from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive model analysis techniques. The results of the study are the collaboration carried out by the owner of the paddy field and the paddy farmer, the paddy owner only provides land only, while the paddy cultivator is burdened with material capital and labor to work on the paddy. The practice of maro processing in paddy fields in Tamanagung Village, Cluring District, Banyuwangi Regency is included in the mukhabarah contract. The profit sharing mechanism uses the bawon system (crop maintenance fee). If 100% of the yield is obtained, 20% will be given to the cultivators of the paddy fields, while the remaining 80% of the deduction will be collected between the two parties where each party will get an equal 40% yield
